Check-out
Check-out is no later than 11AM on your last day.
When you are ready to check-out of the unit we ask that you do a few things prior to leaving.
- Put away any clean dishes that are dry. If anything needs to dry leave it in the drying rack in the sink.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it on a normal cycle.
- Place all used towels and wash cloths into piles in the bathrooms on the floor.
- Remove the used linens from the beds and place them in piles at the foot of the bed. This includes the mattress protector.
- Sign out of any streaming services that you personally signed into on any of the TVs. Please do NOT sign out of Youtube TV.
- Make sure any perishable food items that you brought to the unit are removed. Some condiments will be in the refrigerator when you arrive. We provide those for our guests. Please do not dispose of those.
- Empty the trashcan and put in a new trash bag. Dispose of the trash according to the instructions provided in the online house manual's "Trash" section.
- Make sure the grill is cleaned, the gas tank is turned off, and the cover is in place with the velcro straps sinched.
- Set the thermostat to a conservative temperature for the season (80F if cooling the unit, 60F if heating the unit).
